At Green Fox, we work closely with communities to improve the appearance of where residents live. Once such premises began working with us in January 2019 when a previous cleaning company had failed to deliver their promises, resulting in problems with pests (pigeons and rats) and their associated mess, and a deterioration in the overall appearance of the block.

The residents association had a clear goal of wanting to improve the appearance of their communal areas, with the addition of security gates, and painting of walls and decoration. We discussed the current issues and concerns in detail, and put together a plan for transforming the block, through selection of the best employees for the site, and the best products and equipment for them to use for the deep cleaning required.

Attending three times per week, our team have worked non stop to help improve these standards throughout this period, and following our latest site inspection today, you would not recognise the block as being the same one that we started at six months ago.

Our dedicated cleaning team at this site will continue working flat out to maintain the new appearance, and we are delighted to be playing such a large part in giving residents pride back in the appearance of where they live.

We run a block of 42 flats with a troublesome background history and lots of problems. We took over management on January 2019 and have used Green Fox for our cleaning needs.

They started with a deep clean of all communal spaces and car park and have kept the place spotless throughout the year.

The cleaners are always the same, they are very cooperative, very reliable and very efficient. We have worked with them and the management to come up with a cleaning schedule and they adhere to it every visit.

They have helped us turn this building around and we will always be greatful. Interesting detail: they were also the cheapest quote we had out of 5 in the area!
